Every Held + Healing keychain is professionally created from your customer photo, produced by my manufacturing partner, then shipped to Held + Healing for a final quality inspection before it is packaged and mailed to the customer.

Because every keychain is personalized and made individually, this product is not ready to ship immediately.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

1. The customer places the order and uploads their photo.
2. The photo is transformed into custom cartoon artwork.
3. The artwork is prepared and submitted for production.
4. The acrylic keychain is printed, cut, finished with epoxy, and quality checked.
5. The completed keychain is shipped to Held + Healing.
6. I personally inspect, package, and mail the order to the customer.
7. The customer receives final tracking information once their package leaves Held + Healing.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

🎨 Artwork preparation:
1–2 business days

🛠 Custom production:
5–10 business days

✈️ Shipping from production partner to Held + Healing:
5–10 business days

📦 Final inspection and packaging:
1–2 business days after the keychain arrives

🚚 Customer delivery:
2–5 business days after the final package ships

IMPORTANT ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Please allow approximately 14–21 business days from the date of purchase for the full custom process and delivery.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Occasionally, production may take longer if a keychain must be remade during quality inspection. If that happens, the customer will receive an update. Quality is very important, and defective products will not be mailed to customers.
