Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

At Held + Healing, customers may request order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

Orders that have already entered production, processing, customization, or shipping cannot be canceled.

Custom and personalized products, including custom photo keychains, custom paint-by-number kits, and other made-to-order items, are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Subscription purchases, if offered, may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

Held + Healing reserves the right to deny cancellation requests for orders that have already been processed, customized, or shipped.
