RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Held + Healing, every order is created and packaged with care. We want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy before placing an order.
Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:
• Custom Photo Keychains
• Custom Paint-by-Number Kits
• Personalized Items
• Any product made specifically for you
If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Journals, Card Games & Physical Products
We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery if:
• Item is unused
• Item is in original packaging
• Item is in resalable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.
Candles
For safety and hygiene reasons, candles that have been burned or used cannot be returned.
If your candle arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.
Digital Products
All digital products, including eBooks, printable downloads, and digital guides, are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

• Photos of the item
• A description of the issue
We will review the claim and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary depending on the product ordered. Estimated production and shipping times are listed on each product page.
Held + Healing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
